Job summary

Garrett - Advancing Motion in Mexicali seeks a Sales Support Specialist to partner with Sales Managers and Customer teams to secure demand planning and tooling contributions. You will manage POs, update pricing across systems, and maintain pricing tracking while coordinating with Credit & Collections to minimize AR delinquencies.

The role requires SAP experience, 2+ years in sales administration, and fluent English, with strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
2+ years in sales administration, sales support, or customer service.
Experience with SAP systems.
Fluent in English.
Strong MS Office/Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Data administration and procedural precision.
Detail- and process-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales Managers and Customer teams to secure demand planning and tooling contribution.
Manage Customer Purchase Order (PO) from portals, ensure pricing updates within 24h, archive PO and maintain pricing tracking.
Gather and validate information to create new product specifications.
Partner with Credit & Collection to drive AR past due for price discrepancies to <1%.
Capture long-term demand based on sales team input for volumes.
Take ownership on cross-functional meetings: analyze/align demand, ensure tooling/project details, identify New Product Implementations and coordinate with Sales and Procurement.
