Job summary

Brose North America Inc. is seeking an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional to support accounts and SAP-based processes in our Querétaro operation.

You will maintain customer databases, manage invoicing and payments, and assist with new business proposals and quotations. You will work closely with Account Managers and Finance to ensure accuracy in invoicing, orders, and change management documentation, while leveraging SAP and Excel to create timely reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with professional written and verbal communication.
• Automotive experience is desirable but not required.
• Well organized with clear communication and time management.
• High proficiency in Excel and data handling is expected.
• Flexible with workload and schedules; able to adapt to priorities.
• Desirable knowledge of MRP systems (SAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer specific database systems and Brose SAP systems (Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoicing/shipments, ISP).
• Follows up open invoices/payments with Account Manager and Finance.
• Manage OEM Tooling Invoicing in alignment with Account Manager and Brose standards – organize invoices, asset tags and photos for audit, prepare customer documents, follow up with customer.
• Records Management - Customer contracts (Tooling / Pc Price / Prototype).
• Manage commercial change management documentation between customer and Brose, incl. GECOS, SAP, customer change management system – tracks and closes open topics.
• Assist Account Managers with new business proposals, develop and prepare quotations for new and service business, market analysis, benchmarking, presentations.
• Prepares monthly reports for business updates. (SAP, Forecast)
