Job summary

BRP, a global leader in mobility and power solutions, seeks a SAP IBP specialist to join its SAP Center of Expertise in Querétaro, Mexico. The role emphasizes hands-on IBP module support, collaboration with business users, and cross-team coordination with AMS and external partners.

You will participate in design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and BRP standards. 24/7 coverage is needed to support global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 1 or 2 years in Supply Chain environment (IBP or APO preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for SAP IBP modules, including incident resolution and projects.
• Develop relationships with business users to drive SAP solutions.
• Work with AMS teams and external partners to support maintenance and improvements.
• Participate in analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions.
• Assist in basic configuration (e.g., planning views).
• Ensure specifications meet business requirements and guidelines.
• Support integration between IBP, S/4HANA, and third-party systems (CIDS).
• Develop and maintain functional and design specifications.
• Assist in transition from project delivery to support teams.
• Follow BRP values and ensure safety and quality policies.
• Availability to work on a shift schedule covering 24/7.
