• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
• 3-5 years in B2B Customer Service, Inside Sales, Order Management, or Supply Chain in manufacturing sectors.
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA, with fluency in Order-to-Cash and procurement operations.
• Strong logistics knowledge and foreign trade documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales order cycle in SAP S/4HANA (≈60 orders/mo) and validate terms and pricing.
• Coordinate intercompany orders with origin plants and third-party suppliers, track schedules.
• Collaborate with logistics, carriers, and customs to manage shipping docs and packing lists.
• Serve as primary contact for B2B customers with proactive status updates and timelines.
• Oversee order management for projects and field service, tracking KPIs and escalation.
• Ensure traceability and resolve disputes or returns through proper processes.

Job description

Our client is a leading, Swiss-origin company specializing in the manufacturing of key components for intralogistics, including conveyor belts, rollers, and other solutions that optimize material flows across various industries. The company is known for offering efficient and high-quality solutions that enhance global supply chain performance.

Main Objective:

Manage and coordinate the end-to-end sales order cycle (Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Order), ensuring accurate order entry, seamless intercompany and supplier purchasing, logistics tracking, and proactive communication with internal teams and clients to guarantee on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete sales order cycle in SAP S/4HANA (averaging 60 orders per month), validating commercial terms, pricing, lead times, and documentation.
• Coordinate intercompany purchase orders with origin plants (EPD) and third‑party suppliers, tracking production schedules, availability dates, and potential backorders.
• Partner with logistics, carriers, and customs agents (Agentes Aduanales) to manage shipping schedules, export/import documentation, packing lists, pickup coordination, and pedimento retrieval.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for B2B customers, providing proactive order status updates, delivery timelines, and issue resolution.
• Oversee order management for projects, components, spare parts, and field service requests (installations, repairs, and technical support).
• Track operational KPIs, maintain full document traceability in SAP S/4HANA, and handle dispute or return claims through proper internal escalation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B Customer Service, Inside Sales, Order Management, or Supply Chain within industrial, manufacturing, automation, or automotive sectors.
• Solid hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred) and fluency in Order-to-Cash and procurement operations.
• Practical understanding of logistics, foreign trade documentation, and carrier management.
• Advanced Intermediate English proficiency (B2/C1) for daily interaction with international origin plants, suppliers, and global teams.

Compensation:

• Base Monthly Salary of $35,000 MXN
• Annual Bonus up to 2 month of salary
