Job summary

Eaton Group in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to maintain CRM data (SAP) and respond to customer requests related to new accounts, sold-to and ship-to settings, lead times, and invoicing activities.

You will review contract updates, manage modified accounts, process invoicing, and support collaboration with the finance team to resolve credit issues, while ensuring data accuracy and smooth product flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer interaction/support experience.
• Knowledge of CRM software and SAP.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to speak, read, listen and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Review contract updates.
• Attend mailbox for customer requests related with modified accounts and sold-to/ship-to adjustments.
• Review and release invoicing activities for preventive maintenance.
• Update projects assigned by Functional Manager.
• Create and close tickets for requests related with modified accounts through Salesforce.
• Follow up for service requests in regards of new accounts to be set up.
• Able/Unable accounts into CRM (SAP).
• Assure to block obsolete parts reported.
• Ability to manage conflicts towards positive resolution.
• Prioritize customer demand to assist with improved product flow.
• Work with finance team to resolve customer credit requests.
