Job summary

Hyqoo in Cancún, Quintana Roo, is seeking a skilled Sales & Events Systems Specialist to optimize and manage our sales and event technology stack. You will ensure seamless integration of platforms like Envision and Delphi, driving efficiency and an enhanced customer experience.

Reporting to IT, you will configure systems, develop end-user training, generate insightful reports, and coordinate with vendors to implement upgrades and integrations that support sales targets and successful events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing sales and event systems.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and event lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive optimization.
• Effective communication between tech and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Envision, Delphi, and related systems.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and events teams.
