Job summary

Swiss Re is seeking an Event Operations Specialist in Mexico City to own registrations, email campaigns, virtual sessions and data quality across events from intimate roundtables to large hybrid conferences. Qualifications

• Event operations or marketing operations experience: 1–3 years hands-on.
• Experience using event registration, email marketing, CRM platforms to manage end-to-end event workflows.
• Experience supporting hybrid events including virtual and in-person components.
• Data management and reporting for attendee data and operational metrics.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage registration workflows for in-person, virtual and hybrid events, including invitations, confirmations, cancellations and waiting lists
• Build, test, schedule and deliver Event Marketing Emails, including attendee journeys and promotions
• Track email delivery and engagement, maintain data quality, and support timely reporting
• Maintain event records, forms, pages and attendee lists with high data integrity
• Set up and produce virtual/hybrid events, coordinate speaker access and manage live session logistics
• Prepare attendance and engagement reports using templates
• Coordinate invoice administration and follow-up
• Apply standards to simplify processes and improve service quality
• Collaborate with Event Managers and Marketing colleagues to prioritise workload and regional coverage
• Provide cross-regional support during peak periods and share knowledge across teams
