Job summary

Bosch México in Nuevo León is seeking an Account Development Manager to identify and expand opportunities in the Assembly Industry for tightening and spot welding solutions. You will build strong customer relationships and coordinate with engineering and sales to deliver tailored proposals.

Key duties include developing account plans, maintaining CRM records, and providing market feedback to leadership. The role requires knowledge of tightening/spot welding theory, assembly processes, PLCs,

Qualifications

Technical knowledge about tightening and spot welding theory.
Knowledge of Assembly productions line.
Technical knowledge of electric and mechanical aggregates to complete a tightening or a spot welding projects.
Technical knowledge of the most important industrial protocols to transfer information from control units to customer data base.
Knowledge for PLC and most important field buses.
Knowledge for Robotics.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Assembly Industry and accounts.
Expand sales of Joining Solutions products and solutions in both existing and new customer accounts.
Prepare and implement account development plans in alignment with company objectives.
Work closely with application engineers and technical teams to deliver value-added proposals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Provide market feedback to product management and leadership.
