PayJoy is hiring a Credit Line Growth Analyst in Mexico to drive sales performance through training design, content creation, and analytics. You will bridge training with data-backed growth strategies across departments and partners.

Responsibilities include building training programs, delivering collateral, and analyzing field performance to enable revenue growth. A startup mindset with 1–2 years in Sales/Marketing is ideal.

Formación

• Associate's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• 1–2 years in Sales or Marketing; finance or startup experience is a plus.
• Excellent organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical thinking with data-driven problem solving using large datasets.
• Adaptability to learn new processes and changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Enablement & Content Design: create training, onboarding, tools, and collateral.
• Commercial Productivity: identify knowledge gaps and improve client/staff knowledge.
• Commercial Support & Issue Resolution: route needs to ops, product, support, training and follow up.
• Commercial Feedback: document field insights and propose friction-point improvements.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: analyze KPIs/KKIs; present actionable reports to decision-makers.
