PayJoy is seeking a Credit Line Growth Analyst to bridge training, content creation, and data analytics. You will design and deliver impactful training programs, collaborate across PayJoy departments, and analyze sales performance data to turn insights into growth strategies.

The role involves enabling sales teams, identifying knowledge gaps, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve commercial performance. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Associate's degree or higher in related fields.
• 1–2 years in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and learn quickly.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Enablement & Content Design: Design and deliver training, onboarding, tools, and collateral for internal teams, partners, and store advisors.
• Commercial Productivity: Identify knowledge gaps among clients and staff in collaboration with sales teams.
• Commercial Support & Issue Resolution: Route commercial needs to Operations, Product, Support, and Training and follow up on incidents.
• Commercial Feedback: Document field findings, prioritize inputs, and propose improvements to friction points.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sales data at scale and present clear, actionable reports for decision-makers.
