FedEx Group is seeking a customer-focused team member to support front-line operations at a local branch in Mexico. The role involves administrative tasks, data entry, and coordination of ramp, sort, trace, and despatch activities with emphasis on delivering an excellent customer experience.

Primary duties include advising customers on FedEx products, processing shipments, and ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and compliance.

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English.
• Two years experience in customer service with a sales focus.
• Knowledge in cash handling and other values.
• Prior FedEx SCS Warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and offer FedEx products and services to meet sales objectives.
• Provide over-the-counter and phone customer service and clerical support.
• Trace packages and answer questions about FedEx products and services.
