FedEx is seeking a front-line associate in Mexico to provide over-the-counter customer service, assist with package tracing, and answer questions about FedEx products and services. You will perform clerical duties at the counter and support station operations.

The role requires one year of clerical or customer service experience, a High School diploma, basic English, and good typing, filing and computer skills to maintain accurate records and assist customers efficiently.

Formación

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Spoken and written fluency in local language.
• Demonstrated basic English.
• One year of clerical or customer service experience in a service environment.
• Good general office skills including typing, filing and computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with over-the-counter service and package tracing.
• Answer questions regarding FedEx products and services.
• Prepare and audit various operation reports and airway bills.
• Check labeling, weight, insurance values and customs documentation for shipments.
• Maintain records and interfaces with customers on customs issues.
