FedEx Group in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks an entry-level customer service associate to perform over-the-counter and clerical duties under supervision. Assist customers with package tracing, answer questions about FedEx products, prepare operations reports, and support the Station Ops Manager.

The role requires a High School degree, fluent local language, basic English, and ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Flexibility to work variable shifts is expected.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers by tracing packages and answering questions.
• Prepare operations reports.
• Handle customers with packages in cage.
• Review airway bills and registers as necessary.
• Check labeling, content legality, weight, size, insurance values, and customs documentation.
• Provide administrative support to Station Ops Manager.
• Interface with customers on customs issues.
• Maintain neat appearance of workplace and counter.
• Identify new customers and submit sales leads.
• May be required to perform other duties.
