Changan Mexico is seeking a Sales Director to drive national sales strategy and to lead and develop the sales team. You will grow the dealer network, monitor performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Aftersales and Finance to hit targets.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive sales, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and advanced English. Travel may be required; based in Mexico City with growth during a key expansion phase.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in automotive sales or dealer networks.
• Experience in a Sales Director or senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the Mexican automotive market.
• Experience managing sales targets, dealer performance and profitability.
• Advanced English, willing to travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
