HB Human Talent is seeking a Director of Sales & Distribution for Mexico to grow revenue and profitability across our distribution network. This role requires the management and education of strategic dealerships to meet sales goals.

The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships, manage existing dealers, and market sophisticated products including hydraulic docks and vehicle restraints. The position is pivotal in liaising with internal support to ensure profit growth.

Director of Sales & Distribution - Mexico

Your role as Director of Sales and Distribution is to grow revenue and profitability, providing sophisticated product solutions to our end user clients through our distribution network. Managing, educating our strategic dealerships to achieve sales goals and objectives will be a key focus. Working closely with our VP, Sales and internal support departments to both support our strategic accounts/ dealerships and provide opportunities for profitable growth. The role will require in market support for our existing distributors, supplemented with the prospecting and onboarding of new strategic accounts within your territory. Act as the key liaison between Mexico and headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong relationship with Key strategic Dealership branch / sales organizations within your territory.
• Responsible for managing our existing master dealer in Mexico who has several offices within Mexico and manages 30-40 Dealer currently.
• Will have direct contact with these Dealers and assist the master dealer in management activities.
• Train and educate both new and prospective accounts to up sell the product portfolio.
• Target new distribution, on board and develop into long term relationship.
• Set goals and objectives for each strategic branch and manage activities accordingly.
• Conduct QBR’s identifying areas for mutual growth and executing to a business plan.
• Liaise with the Company's internal departments to provide a universal sales growth program.
• Conduct joint in field sales calls with branches / sales staff.
• Manage all sales activities within Salesforce.
• Partner with Inside sales support to create a professional, responsive, customer service focused approach to managing your dealer network.
• Work hand in hand with your distributors to promote / up sell more sophisticated products to our end user clients. Focus products will consist of Hydraulic docks, Air bag docks, vertical docks, vehicle restraints, dock lifts, shelters.
