Concentrix in Mexico City is hiring a Business Analyst to support the Global Sales Center COE. You will develop and maintain BI reporting, analyze sales performance, and drive improvements to help sales teams meet monthly and quarterly targets.

You will collaborate with sales leadership, operations, and analytics partners to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations, supporting monthly and quarterly business reviews and ad hoc analyses.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Sales Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting automation.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills to communicate insights to leadership.
• Experience with SQL and business reporting tools.
• Experience with Power Platform solutions and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting sales, operations, planning, or performance management environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and improve business reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to support sales teams in meeting quota and objectives.
• Collect, cleanse, analyze, and interpret sales and performance data from multiple sources.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and identify trends, opportunities, risks, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with sales leaders, operations, planning, and analytics partners to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with accurate reporting and analysis.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple data analysis requests with varying complexity and impact.
• Support process improvements and contribute to new reporting solutions and tools.
