Human Quality - HQP in Monterrey is seeking a Business & Marketing Intelligence Coordinator. You will drive growth through strategic analysis, market research, lead management, and BI tools to optimize sales performance and decision-making.

Responsibilities include market and product analysis, lead and CRM management (Interlynx and Salesforce), BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), reports, and managing key corporate accounts. Requires 4–6 years in B2B marketing, English, and US visa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years in B2B Marketing or Business Development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Power BI, Tableau, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Market and product analysis: identify products to promote, conduct competitive studies, develop pricing strategies, monitor market trends, research industries.
• Lead and CRM management: manage Interlynx lead program, administer Salesforce CRM, segment and track leads, analyze conversion rates.
• Business Intelligence and Reporting: create Power BI/Tableau dashboards, generate regular commercial performance reports, analyze data for opportunities.
• Corporate Account Management: monitor strategic corporate accounts, analyze market penetration with clients, identify cross-selling opportunities.
