Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to deliver a positive experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers of AE loyalty programs.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support fellow employees and assist in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and current promotions based on the customer's style.
• Promote AEO and aerie brands to customers and channels.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash procedures.
• Restock merchandise and keep shelves, backroom and fitting rooms organized.
• Maintain store standards and ensure a safe, presentable environment.
• Handle merchandise from shipment to replenishment following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies.
