You'll maintain neat store presentation, operate the register accurately, and uphold brand standards while supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, energetic store environment.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
• Use tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit customers with key looks based on individual style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment while following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy and escalate with leadership when needed.
• Follow all company policies.
