American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and maximize daily sales. You will engage customers with product knowledge, suggest looks, and drive loyalty programs while maintaining clean, organized stores.

You will support teammates, handle transactions efficiently, and adapt to a dynamic retail environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays at our AE Mexico locations.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate AEO Customer First standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about AE loyalty programs.
• Utilize store tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Outfit customers with looks based on their style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands and channels.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash-control procedures.
• Restock returns to the correct locations and manage damaged goods per SOP.
• Maintain neat, clean, and safe store areas including sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment with SOP adherence.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with leadership involvement when needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
