GlobalLogic is seeking a Mid Technical Writer to join our Quality Engineering and Documentation group. You will develop documentation for administrators and end users of our SaaS platform in a healthcare IT security context.
You will own multiple product areas, lead documentation projects, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to deliver clear, accurate guides on time.

Formación
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or related field.
- 2+ years of technical writing in commercial software environment.
- Strong knowledge of MadCap Flare and/or other authoring tools for single-source documentation.
- Experience documenting SaaS products and technologies.
Responsabilidades
- Independently research, plan, and author documentation from end-to-end.
- Produce concise, clear documentation meeting objectives and deadlines.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define documentation scope.
- Serve as a user advocate in the development process.
- Coordinate with teams on authoring, editing, and publishing.
