GlobalLogic is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to develop documentation for administrators and end users. The role requires strong English, MadCap Flare proficiency, and experience with SaaS products.

You will work with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to produce clear, effective guides and release documentation on tight timelines. You will independently plan and execute documentation projects, ensure alignment with style guidelines, and contribute as a product SME across

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years of technical writing experience in a fast-paced commercial software environment.
• Strong knowledge of MadCap Flare or other professional authoring tools for single-source publishing and online help.
• Experience documenting SaaS products and technologies.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, desktop authentication, desktop virtualization, SSO, APIs is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with independent release schedules.
• Proven track record delivering documentation under tight deadlines.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent project management, communication, organization, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Confluence, Salesforce Knowledge, or similar CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS and ability to troubleshoot code.
• Advanced English skills (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Independently research, plan, and author documentation from end-to-end implementations to updates.
• Produce concise, accurate documentation meeting customer objectives and release deadlines.
• Leverage SaaS expertise to own documentation for multiple product areas and collaborate with PMs, UX designers, engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a user advocate during development.
• Collaborate with technical publications team on authoring, editing, and publishing.
• Support major Medical Insurance & Life Insurance provisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical writing experience in a fast-paced commercial software enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of MadCap Flare, and/or other professional authoring tool(s) for single-source authoring and online help development.
• Experience in documenting SaaS products and technologies.
• Knowledge of technologies and concepts related to Imprivata’s products and customers, such as endpoint security, desktop authentication, desktop virtualization, application single sign-on, APIs, etc.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with independent release schedules.
• Demonstrated success independently owning and completing documentation projects while under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent project management, communication, organization, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Confluence, Salesforce Knowledge, or a similar content management system.
• Working knowledge of HTML, XML, and CSS; ability to troubleshoot and resolve code issues independently.
• Advanced English skills (mandatory).

Job Responsibilities

• Independently research, plan, and author documentation deliverables ranging in complexity from new end-to-end implementation guides to updating existing documentation.
• Produce concise, clear, and accurate documentation that meets customer objectives, documentation style guidelines, and release deadlines.
• Leverage strong SAAS experience to become an SME in multiple product areas and own technical documentation for those areas. Collaborate with product managers, user experience designers, engineers, and other cross‑functional teams to gain product knowledge, understand business requirements, and define appropriate documentation objectives and scope.
• Serve as a user advocate in the development process.
• Collaborate with technical publications team members as necessary on authoring, editing, and publishing documentation.
