Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of SaaS implementation experience, strong communication skills, and a focus on delivering quality customer experiences.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience leading enterprise implementations in a SaaS company.
• Excellent English speaking and reading skills.
• Strong knowledge of the contact center and customer service industry.
• Ability to deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and onboard new Gladly customers on-time and on-budget.
• Lead change management and customer experience workflows.
• Work with customers to incorporate AI into their service experience.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success for smooth onboarding.
• Document and share best practices with team members.
