Kuehne+Nagel seeks a Road Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead the Customer Service team for Hyper Scalers accounts. You will ensure reliable service, balance workloads, and coordinate with transport providers to meet commitments.

You will monitor performance, resolve escalations, support continuous improvement, and contribute to SOP development to optimize daily operations across logistics functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years in Road Logistics/Ground Transportation or similar.
• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Customer Service, Operations and Finance, and Business Development.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support the Customer Service team, resolving operational situations and escalations.
• Monitor team performance and workload for effective execution.
• Ensure customer expectations and service levels are met.
• Manage deviations with internal teams and providers.
• Support SOP development and onboarding with providers.
• Follow up on claims and operational issues with providers.
• Assist with QBRs and root cause analyses.
• Maintain accurate operational information in systems like OTM.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement.

As a Road Logistics Operations Supervisor, you will provide direct leadership and operational support to the Customer Service team dedicated to Hyper Scalers accounts, ensuring consistent service quality and efficient execution.

How you create impact

• Supervise and support the Customer Service team, helping resolve operational situations and escalations.
• Monitor team performance and workload to ensure effective operational execution.
• Ensure customer expectations and service levels are consistently met.
• Manage and resolve operational deviations in coordination with internal teams and transportation providers.
• Support the implementation of new business with transportation providers and coordinate SOP development.
• Follow up on claims and operational issues with transportation providers.
• Support QBRs with transportation providers and conduct root cause analyses when required.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of operational information and documentation in OTM.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, or a related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in Road Logistics / Ground Transportation.
• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Customer Service, Operations and Finance, and Business Development.
• Experience leading, supporting, or developing operational teams.
• Advanced English.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, planning, service orientation, and results focus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage operational situations effectively.
