Kuehne+Nagel is hiring for a Road Logistics role in Mexico, focusing on coordinating shipment orders and customer visibility through the TMS. You will support billing, customs, and QA/QSHE compliance while delivering excellent service.

The ideal candidate has a minimum 1 year in international road transportation, solid Excel skills, and a customer-first mindset under pressure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1+ years of experience in international road transportation.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Intermediate English and Excel proficiency.
• Service-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Support customer implementations and SOP preparation.
• Coordinate shipment orders, quotations, status updates, and customer visibility through the TMS.
• Support billing, claims, and customs clearance when applicable.
• Participate in customer QBRs and follow up on customer requirements.
• Prepare shipment reports, presentations, and KPI reports.
• Ensure compliance with customer procedures, Finance credit policies, QSHE, and Security guidelines.
