Kuehne+Nagel in León, Guanajuato, Mexico is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate transportation activities and support import/export operations. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable road freight solutions and build lasting relationships.

The role requires experience in logistics, strong communication in English and Spanish, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while ensuring service quality and on-time execution.

Formación

• Experience in logistics, transportation, import/export, or logistics customer service.
• Understanding of road freight operations and shipment coordination.
• Confidence communicating with customers and internal stakeholders in English and Spanish.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer focus.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across road logistics operations.
• Coordinate and monitor domestic and cross-border shipments from start to finish.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and solutions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service quality and on-time execution.
• Proactively manage issues and help minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
• Support business growth by building strong and trusted customer relationships.
