Nubank in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Researcher to lead the Growth MX research agenda across acquisition, onboarding, activation and retention, partnering with Product, Design, Data and Business to translate insights into growth.

You will oversee end-to-end research across qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods, raise the bar for rigor, mentor teammates, and explore AI-enabled ways to scale insights while shaping the growth roadmap.

Qualifications

• Strong background in UXR (user experience research) and mixed methods.
• Experience leading research agendas across acquisition, onboarding, activation and retention.
• Ability to partner with Product, Design, Data and Business to shape growth roadmap.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end research for Growth MX across qual, quant and mixed methods.
• Uncover why customers sign up, activate, engage and stay, and translate findings into hypotheses and experiments.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data and Business to inform growth roadmap and scale insights.
• Ensure research quality: rigorous methods and clear storytelling for senior stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates and leverage AI to scale how insights are generated and shared.
