Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, finance, hospitality, or related field.
• 3+ years in key account management or B2B customer success in fintech, SaaS, hospitality, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B clients in LATAM.
• Identify, drive, and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Serve as main contact for billing, usage, and financial support.
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and customer success to address complex needs.
