FedEx Logistics Mexico seeks a customer service associate to advise customers on services and manage front-line operations. You will handle data entry, trace shipments, and assist with over-the-counter service and phone inquiries.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in customer service with a sales focus, English proficiency, and physical ability to lift up to 34 kg (75 lbs). Knowledge of packaging and labeling requirements is a plus.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• English proficiency mandatory for customer interaction.
• 2+ years in customer service with a sales focus preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide over-the-counter customer service and describe FedEx products/services.
• Trace packages and coordinate front-line operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist customers with questions, packaging checks, and shipment labeling compliance.
• Support branch profitability by effective resource planning and cost control.
• Open/close branch operations and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Identify new customers and sales opportunities to generate leads.
