You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, trace shipments, check labeling and documentation, support branch profitability, and help open new accounts while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Formación

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English.
• Two years of customer-service experience focused on sales.
• Experience with cash management and handling values.
• FedEx SCS Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform over-the-counter customer service and clerical duties.
• Assist customers by tracing packages and answering questions.
• Check packages for labeling, content, insurance values, and customs docs.
• Open/close branch and maintain workspace.
• Identify new customers and sales leads.
• Provide solutions to customer problems to ensure excellent experience.
• Coordinate daily documentation and packaging of shipments.
• Communicate with involved areas to safeguard company values.
