You will keep the store neat and well-presented, support teammates, and help customers with product selection while staying aligned with AE loyalty programs and promotions. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use store tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and incorporating latest trends and promotions.
• Promote AE and aerie brands by introducing customers to additional channels.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately following cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged merchandise properly.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and backroom SOPs.
• Handle merchandise through shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment systems.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with a focus on satisfaction and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
