American Eagle is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience in Tuxtla Gutiérrez. You will drive sales by providing friendly, knowledgeable service and keeping the store neat and well-presented.

You will model AE values, promote loyalty programs, handle transactions, restock merchandise, and assist customers with style recommendations while ensuring policy compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate customer-first selling standards to deliver a positive experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about AE loyalty programs.
• Utilize tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support colleagues and assist in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and promotions based on the customer’s style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register transactions accurately following cash control procedures.
• Restock returns and ensure merchandise is properly labeled.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floors and back areas.
• Handle shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy; escalate when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
