Qualifications

• Must have legal right to work in the store country.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable in a bright, loud retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience and value their time.
• Assess guest needs to provide personalized purchase and return support.
• Provide product education and communicate product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences with omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and store needs.
• Collaborate with store leadership to take action and make it right for guests.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and build relationships.
• Support store operations with product presentation and in-store technology.
