lululemon seeks an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience, share product education, and connect with customers in our store. You will move freely on the floor to assist guests, restock, and support omnichannel programs while upholding our community values.

The role emphasizes welcoming diversity, collaborating with teammates, and maintaining a premium store environment with safety and policy adherence. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action.
