Job summary

lululemon is looking for an Educator to champion a world-class guest experience in our Monterrey store. You will share top-quality product education, connect with guests authentically, and represent our community and culture on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store's country
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have the Right to Work proof and local requirements (EMEA only)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to deliver world-class service and guest experience
• Provide product education and articulate product value
• Facilitate seamless omnichannel guest experiences (BOPIS, phone sales, ship from store)
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and store needs
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborative store operations
• Perform in-store tasks like stocking, restocking, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Adhere to safety policies and store policies throughout the shift
