Hilton in Mexico City is seeking a Restaurant Captain to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver memorable guest experiences on a daily basis. You’ll supervise service, maintain standards, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accurate, timely orders.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily restaurant operations: Oversee and participate in daily outlet operations, including ensuring guest service standards, product quality, and compliance with operational policies and procedures
• Master the menu: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the menu, including wines, cocktails, and beverage pairings, and assist guests with menu selections and inquiries
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences: Monitor product and service quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and make improvements to enhance the dining experience
• Ensure seamless service: Record orders and transactions accurately in the Point of Sales system and review order dockets to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
• Collaborate with kitchen team: Communicate menu inquiries, wait times, product availability, and any dietary restrictions or special requests to the kitchen to ensure smooth service
• Guide team members through each shift: Provide on-the-floor supervision and coaching to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
