• Lead daily operations: manage outlet operations, guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls and policies.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching, evaluations and professional development.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing marketing strategies and up-selling initiatives.
• Recruit and onboard talent, conduct interviews and train new team members.
• Uphold regulatory standards and ensure health and safety compliance.
