TTI, Inc. seeks a Resource Support Representative to provide support to internal stakeholders and manage orders via express entry, generating order numbers for Inside Sales review.

The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and ongoing product knowledge expansion, including stock ETA notes and shortages assessment, with collaboration across Inside Sales and other teams.

Formación

• High School Diploma with 6 months' experience in customer support or similar role.
• Proven literacy in using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Demonstrated track record of building confidence and credibility with external customers.
• Be extremely inquisitive and a quick learner.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong listening skills.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to build effective working relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Entering Customer order in express to generate order number for Inside sales review.
• Confirm items with no actual shortage and identify items with a potential shortage to be checked by Inside Sales.
• Make notes about: ETA of incoming stock, PM Reserve quantity, Approval indicator for supply constrained parts, etc.
• Expands personal product knowledge to effectively ensure personal growth opportunity.
• Requires attention to detail, proof reading for accuracy, and maintaining quality expectations.
• Expands product knowledge by utilizing all resources including product literature,Suppliers' websites, TTI University, etc.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.
