TTI, Inc. is seeking a Resource Support Representative to assist internal stakeholders with order entry, stock checks, and notes on ETA and supply constraints. The role emphasizes attention to detail and strong communication to support Inside Sales.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with 6 months in customer support, be proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word, and possess strong teamwork and learning abilities. Growth opportunities are highlighted within a supportive culture.

Responsabilidades

• Enter customer orders to generate order numbers for Inside Sales review.
• Confirm items with no actual shortage and identify items with potential shortage for Inside Sales.
• Make notes on ETA of incoming stock, PM Reserve quantity, and supply constraints.
• Expand product knowledge through resources like product literature, suppliers’ websites, and TTI University.

TTI, Inc., is in search of our next Resource Support Representative, this role provides support to various internal stakeholders based on established activities.

What our Resource Support Representative do:

Entering Customer order in express to generate order number for Inside sales review.

Confirm items with no actual shortage and identify items with a potential shortage to be checked by Inside Sales.

Make notes about: ETA of incoming stock, PM Reserve quantity, Approval indicator for supply constrained parts, etc.

Expands personal product knowledge to effectively ensure personal growth opportunity.

Requires attention to detail, proof reading for accuracy, and maintaining quality expectations.

Expands product knowledge by utilizing all resources including product literature,Suppliers’ websites, TTI University, etc.

Complete additional projects as assigned.

What we look for:

• High School Diploma with 6 months’ experience in customer support or similar role.
• Proven literacy in using application software such as Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Demonstrated track record of building confidence and credibility with external customers.
• Be extremely inquisitive and a quick learner.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong listening skills.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to build effective working relationships.
