Nielsen is seeking an HR Workforce Planning Specialist to ensure the organization has the right talent and structure to meet future business goals. You will analyze workforce trends, build forecasting models, and collaborate with leadership to optimize our global human capital strategy.

In this role, you will partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership, leverage HRIS tools to build accurate models, and continuously refine planning policies to stay ahead of market trends.

Formación

• 3+ years in HR with workforce planning, strategic HR, or HR analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAC); experience with workforce planning software is a plus.
• Analytical mindset: ability to analyze datasets, build forecasts, and solve talent challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration to present insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Data Analysis & Reporting: collect and analyze headcount, turnover, demographics, and skills data for dashboards and executive reports.
• Demand Forecasting & Scenario Planning: model future staffing needs and lead workforce planning initiatives aligned with business trends.
• Business Partnership: consult with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to translate objectives into workforce strategies.
• Systems & Process Optimization: use HRIS and planning tools to build models, improve reporting, and refine policies.
• Trend Monitoring: track labor market shifts and HR tech to improve workforce strategies.
