Four Seasons Tamarindo is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead the bake/pastry operation, oversee forecasting, scheduling and training, and to ensure top quality and consistency. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager and GMs to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in kitchen pastry management, adaptability to a remote location, and English/Spanish language skills.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years management experience in Kitchen’s bake/pastry operations.
• Adaptability to live in a remote location.
• English and Spanish language skills.
• Ability to oversee all aspects of pastry operation, including forecasting, scheduling, training, and motivating the team.
• Coordinate training and development of employees to meet cultural and core standards.
