Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, Mexico, is seeking an Assistant Department Leader for the bar/beverage program. You will lead development, execution and ongoing improvement of the cocktail and bar program to match the resort’s luxury standards and sense of place.

The role requires 5+ years in fine bars, mixology awards, wine education, and strong leadership to manage scheduling, training and guest satisfaction in a remote location.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years experience in fine bars.
• Awards in mixology competitions such as World Class or similar.
• Wine & Spirits education.
• Ability to manage the wine list and beverage program with consistency.
• Demonstrate adaptability to live in a remote location.
• Excellent English and Spanish (Preferred).
• Oversee all aspects of bar operations including scheduling, training and team motivation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall leadership, development, execution and continuous improvement of the cocktail and bar beverage program to reflect the resort's sense of place and luxury service.
• Ensure alignment with culinary vision, brand identity, financial objectives and guest satisfaction.
