Donaldson Company in Mexico seeks a Quality Engineer to drive product compliance and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on QA/QC in production, PPAP validation for new products, and monitoring critical product characteristics to ensure quality across processes.

The candidate will lead a team of Quality Technicians, coordinate cost and scrap reduction projects, and use Core Tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, SPC). Strong English is required; prior personnel management is preferred.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Process Quality Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency with a technical level.
• Knowledge of Core Tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, SPC).
• Experience managing personnel.

Preferred Qualifications

• IATF Internal Auditor certification.
