Utility Profit is seeking an Order Purchaser to support renters with utility orders and options via phone, text, and email. This remote role from Mexico or near US Central Time will involve inside sales and customer support to drive order completion and renter satisfaction.

You will engage with renters and providers, follow up diligently, and collaborate with the team while adapting to evolving utility options and processes. This contract may renew based on performance and volume.

Formación

• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Available for full-time remote work with some weekend availability.
• Willing to undergo a background check and maintain confidentiality.
• Comfortable using and learning new technology.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist renters with placing utility orders and explain options.
• Make outgoing calls to follow up with renters and utility providers.
• Provide additional client support as needed.
