ltvplus, a US-based product company serving live events, retail, and industrial sectors, seeks a Sales & Customer Support Specialist. You will be the link between sales, design, fulfillment, and customers to keep momentum and ensure updates reach everyone.

Responsibilities include quoting, order processing, and CRM data entry; English communication is required; HubSpot preferred, Salesforce or similar also acceptable. Remote LATAM work is offered.

Formación

• 2–5 years in sales support, sales operations, customer support, or order management in a B2B environment
• Near-native or native English level — all client communication is in English

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage sales quotes from initial request through to approval and order confirmation
• Process and track orders in the company's ERP system, flagging delays proactively and keeping customers informed at every stage
• Coordinate graphics requests between customers and the internal design team — tracking artwork submissions, proof approvals, and revision cycles
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Log all customer interactions, quote activity, and order updates into the CRM daily
• Monitor shared inboxes and route general inquiries to the appropriate internal teams
• Investigate shipment delays, coordinate with logistics partners, and communicate resolution timelines to customers
• Support the sales team with follow-ups, pipeline activity, and general coordination
