Qualifications

• Advanced level of Spanish and English written and spoken.
• Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs or tour operators is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prevent issues and take initiative.
• Calm under pressure with strong multitasking and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Take calls and provide initial advice to B2B partners in Italian and English.
• Maintain transparent, customer-centric communication for partner satisfaction.
• Manage tickets, escalations, follow-ups, and proactive resolutions.
• Handle booking modifications and relocations with accuracy and urgency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and service.
• Document all partner interactions accurately in the CRM.
