Job summary

North Davis Project Illumination is seeking a Tracking Specialist to own the web analytics and pixel deployment across client sites. You will implement tracking via GTM, connect website activity to major ad platforms, and ensure data accuracy from click to CRM entry.

You will audit tags, troubleshoot data issues, and maintain privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA) while enabling cross-team data literacy and scalable tagging plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in web analytics/tracking in marketing or agency environments

Responsibilities

• Own tag management, deployment, and data layers across multi-client environment
• Configure events for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat
• Audit tags, debug data discrepancies, and ensure data integrity
• Manage cookie consent banners and privacy compliance per GDPR/CCPA
• Document tagging plans and enable cross-team data understanding
