Job summary

North Davis Project Illumination is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to anchor our Data & Analytics function. You will own end-to-end data pipelines, from paid media and CRM sources into Adverity, BigQuery, dbt/Dataform, and Looker Studio dashboards used daily by partners.

You'll build scalable ingestion, maintain data quality, and empower reporting with transparent schemas, CI/CD, and multi-client data segregation across education and nonprofit accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in a marketing or agency setting.
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in ETL platforms.
• Strong SQL, BigQuery, and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture for multi-source data into Adverity and warehouse.
• Own CRM integration to ensure clean lead and enrollment data flows.
• Own the data warehouse and schemas in BigQuery with partitioning and optimization.
• Own transformation pipelines in dbt or Dataform with clear naming and documented definitions.
• Own CI/CD and data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Enable the reporting layer with Looker Studio dashboards and automated Sheets reports.
• Drive data quality with monitoring, validation, and anomaly detection.
