North Davis Project Illumination is seeking a hands-on growth marketer to architect and run a Claude Code-driven outbound engine. You will own data pipelines, write and execute sequences, and work with sales, field, and partnerships to build a self-improving growth stack.

You will manage open channels like search, lifecycle email/SMS, and referrals, while ensuring compliance with a regulated product. Remote options available with CT overlap and direct access to founders.

Formación

• Direct Claude Code on live work connected to an API or MCP server.
• 3+ years hands-on marketing with data tooling and automation.
• Cold outbound end-to-end: list, sequence, deliverability and feedback.
• Comfort with CSVs, SQL basics, and clean data practices.
• Ability to script in Python/JS and use Git for versioning.
• Familiarity with APIs, auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run trade/partnership outbound engine with segments and sequences.
• Arm field teams with target lists, routes, and post-visit follow-ups.
• Own search, lifecycle emails, SMS, retention, and referral channels.
• Create AI-assisted creatives and decide when to use real assets.
• Automate recurring tasks: enrichment, hygiene, reporting, workflows.
• Own first-party measurement and flag questionable numbers.
