North Davis Project Illumination is seeking a Senior Web Analyst to own end‑to‑end data pipelines, from paid media and CRM sources into a centralized data warehouse. You will build robust connectors, design scalable BigQuery schemas, and implement modular dbt/Dataform transformations to support Looker Studio dashboards and automated reporting.

• 5+ years in data engineering or analytics, ideally in marketing/agency
• Strong SQL and BigQuery experience for transformation and modeling
• Proficiency in dbt or Dataform and modular pipelines
• Python for custom connectors and automation
• Experience with CRM data flows (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate)
• Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and paid-platform schemas
• Git and multi-client data environment management with strict data segregation
• Ability to translate complex data workflows into clear narratives for non-technical audiences

Responsabilidades

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media and CRM into the warehouse
• Build and maintain reliable CRM data connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Manage data warehouse in BigQuery, schemas, partitioning, and cost optimization
• Develop SQL mappings and transformations in dbt/Dataform with clear conventions
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with testing and data segregation across clients
• Support reporting layer for Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings to leadership
